T.B.K looking for members to produce a long term clan
Currently T.B.K has about 8 players who are all active and know each other outside of the game.
We built the clan in attempts to have a long term core group with the ability to communicate effectively when we have more members.
Long term we are looking to be a war/farming clan.
This is a more casual-competitive environment. When I say that I mean we still have very competitive members and welcome those who are on that level but it is not necessary. Life comes first and we understand that, so players just looking to have fun and get better at the game are as welcome as dedicated CoC players.
We just ask that you donate 50 troops each season to show us you want to stay around. 100 troops gets you elder, co-leader is based off of trust.
We are currently looking to establish a level 30+ clan. Currently we are accepting those lower than that to help us grow and so long as they reach level 30 with us they are welcome to stay. As we are still a small clan the TH and troop requirements aren't nearly as important until we become more established. We are looking to grow with our new members and have us all be around working together for a long time.
The clan donates level 3 archers and barbarians almost always. Wizards are around as well.
We are growing more each week even as an 8 man unit but once we get bigger we can start going to war and growing that much faster.
The age group is roughly 21+ but 18+ welcome. There really isn't an age requirement but we do expect respect and decency from all of our members. This is a civil environment to have fun, not to troll and cause problems, those players will get kicked.
We are currently a US based clan looking to become international long term but for now looking to cover more time zones here so we are more active around the clock.

What would need to be done for this group of 8 to acquire a few more concrete members so we can start going to War?
Long term this can be a very active clan we just need to get off the ground.
