    ...what.
Ummm... that's not contradictory at all. You basically restated the OP.

I dont rearm the bombs or balloons. Sometimes I rearm the springs, mostly since I like watching the guys fly off. I hover in the masters 2-3 to crystal ranges and I have them setup within my base. I really only like traps for clan wars.

Leaving the TH outside seems to work the best for me, except for when I don't have any loot.

I would like to see a defensive win rearm your traps for free. That seems like it might make a lot of people try for defensive wins.

Double checking the logic behind the post.

Remember the good old days when big bomb cost the same as today for maxed version but was like the lv1 version? We literally get more bang for our gold these days. While farming the question does become "Is arming worth the cost?" Just like before when the unupgradable big bomb was 20K but you had to rebuy it if you wanted it in use.

Trap re-arming cost should be reduced by 50% at least.

If I get such thing as a vote, I vote that trap costs should be reset. Like another person in this thread, I understand the trap re-arming function. It encourages people to be active and can offer an advantage/alter the dynamic to someone raiding a base with already sprung traps which makes it more interesting.

but the cost is excessive imo. Even something approaching a 50% reduction in cost wouldn't alter their use really, it would just help us hold on to our precious resources that bit better.

And I have some little fun triggering people traps while getting 50% at the same time. I think the worst damage I've ever done was [mind you i'm farming with bam so i had to do this to be SAFE]

    Trigger:
5 Giant Bombs, 4 Spring Traps, 5 Air Bombs, 4 mini bombs. All maxed level. Plus draining any inferno and xbow ammo by sending my whole bam army into core with CC/Heroes.

I personally can't imagine how much that would cost to that player but, thats just part of the game. play safe and you win.

On topic: I suggest you put your traps aside a corner once they are triggered. That way you won't trigger em wrongly. But at least you'll be able to trigger your infernos and xbows at least [Elixir/Dark Elixir wise]
