Hello this is the second time I have been ♥♥♥♥ed all my upgrades have been cancelled, my base layout changed into something very unorganized and the ♥♥♥♥er trash talked to my clan. I have tried changing password but that didn't help as ♥♥♥♥er once again accessed my account. It couldn't 've been anyone in my family as my phone is password protected and no one was home at the time of the incident. I have made a clan called dear ♥♥♥♥er ign farayin trying to reach out to the ♥♥♥♥er but plz help me removoe this guy and maybe help get my upgrades back ? Ps I reported first time I got ♥♥♥♥ed
I sent that to super cell and they asked a couple of security questions and then emailed me the message below:

"account temporarily banned. verifying ownership. if you want to request ownership please contact us and mention ticket"

Now my questions are
"How long does this last?"
"What does it mean by request owernship with the ticket ? Do I have to enter it in an e-mail To get it back?"

I'm not to experienced with "tickets" but my guess is SC e-mailed you a ticket number, send that to them with your ign, clan etc. I hope everything goes well!

Thanks for your previous message. We want to make sure that any compromised account gets to its original owner. In this case, we will still run a verification process to determine the ownership.

This means that we will ban this account for a short period. After the ban is over, if we have not received any other requests for the concerned account, then we will proceed with the recovering process. This should make it safe from any unauthorized access.
