- You need to be able to use both war attacks.
- You need to be th 4+ and lvl 25+.
- You need to be able to spaek English.
- You need to maintain a ratio of 1:3.
- Co and elder will be given to people that are active, donate lots and i can trust them.
- No hoppers or spamming.
