I did finally receive an answer via the game app. However, all I was given was a log of the times I was able to use Tom. Also, I was informed that Tom was used 5 times. *I* only used him twice. So who used him the other 3 times? Is someone accessing peoples game accounts? I have seen things like that happen before, so it is possible. Is my game account secure? Did this customer service individual just give up?
So now, I have no answer and I'm left with more questions than anything else.
OH! The worst aspect of this entire situation is that the "customer service" individual who contacted me actually asked me if I had any more questions. Obviously, I did. Then when I asked, no answer?!
