Need help for a war attack!

I am am going to try and attack this guy for war! I do not know how to approach this base though. please share what you guys think! I have all troops for TH 8.

level 3 drag
level 3 hogs
level 5 archers, barbs, and wizards
level 5 baloons
level 1 golems and pekkas
level 3 healer
Level 5 giants
level 5 wallbreakers
level 4 gobs
Level 5 lightning, rage, and heal spells
Level 1 minions
level 1 valks

I'd probably use GoWiPe because I like using GoWiPe, but I'm sure you could get two stars with dragons if you attack from the bottom.

I think dragloon would work.
