Hello awesome people of the clash community! I am the leader of the clan called "Dedicated Few". Bunch of local IRL friends looking to outsource some talent into our already established community. We float between 25-35 members and due to the hopping culture have come to find a more reliable source of recruitment.
At dedicated few our strength lies in two major areas, our clan leadership is run by people with management degrees or management experience so creating and maintaining growth and development in our community has been easy. Secondly is our activity/community we have had the same core bunch of 15 members for about 5-6 months who all started off about the same time, we have established a foundation to work on this is equally their clan as it is myself.
DEDICATED FEW's CLAN GOALS.
The idea of this thread is to out source like minded players for our community, we want to improve as a unit because when it comes to wars we are only as strong as our weakest link. We want to create a learning culture, that is fun and competitive.
What We Require:
Members who are mature (note: that there is a difference between age and maturity)
Members who want to grow and develop with our community, if you want to improve or level we are a great community to help you learn
Members who are active, we war twice a week your participation is expected. Regardless if your level 20 or 120 getting on and attacking is so important to us, not for the clan loot or stars for the chance to learn and get feedback.
What We Desire: (not required but would help grow long term)
Members with longer game knowledge then us, we are only new compared to the life span of the game.
Members with leadership/hype skills to help with the culture
Anyone totally kickarse! We are a little perverted and weird, if your the guy/girl in your group that says the stuff no-one else should say, more then likely we are for you.
How Do I Move Up In The Clan?
As you would have noticed the word community is used alot, thats what we are all about, community and clan culture. Let us get to know you! Help out your fellow clan mates through donations, coaching and feedback and you will move up the ranks.
How do i join?
Currently the community is set as anyone can join from 1000+ trophies, to help improve recruiting if you do choose to join just let us know you have found us online on the forums so i can gather the success rates of this.
