Everyone's base is different, so how would it help? "Also attack some show off ppl", if they win an attack, and show off after that, that isn't something you can fix by attacking their own base and winning.

what i mean they will get an idea and can plan strategy so in real war they can prove to be good

I think the in-clan war should be no loot, but I voted wrongly, sorry
And I think thats complex to let the leader to form the team
I would suggest just split two groups according to their trophies or th level (like the cw matching system)

I would like this to be implemented because it's a great way to exploit the game. Just attack each other and get free loot.
