A mature chat or improved monitoring on current one!!

Hello, I am a fairly serious clasher and 33 years old. I work hard to build a mature respectful clan however global is terrible. I know, it is my choice to go on.. (no one else if my clan even will). I realize the difficulty in monitoring everyone. However it is not difficult to 'bypass' the current language safeties and you also cannot type a complete sentence with out ****** appearing. I have witnessed horrendous conversations about serious crimes. Reporting seems to have little to no effect as some brag about being kicked off 30 times.

In my opinion this should be a priority. A chat room based by country or lev may help..
