Clan rules and strategy bulletin board

We have clan mail that allows leaders to communicate to their clan. It needs a shorter cool down time but that isn't what this thread is about. We also have a clan castle message board that allows us to communicate to the world. If we post strategies there, the whole world can read them. If we send strategies via clan mail, new members can't read them and the space is very limited and then you must wait for the cool down time and rewrite it each time new members join or something evolves.

I would like to see a strategy message board that only the clan can see that works very similar to the castle message board but strictly viewed by clan members.
