Was there and update or something that changed how the troops are lured out of the CC? This past war, a few members and myself included sent in a few troops to lure out the CC and all of the troops never came out. Later in the fight, the rest came out and that made the difference in the match.
Anyone else seem to have this problem?
It did change in the fact that troops come out of the CC faster, via the 'four doors' on the castle.
I personally have not seen an issue of troops being stuck inside for a period of time.

Clan Castle troops will only deploy while there are enemy troops within range. This means that if your 'luring troops' are destroyed before all CC troops have exited the castle some can remain inside. These remaining CC troops will emerge when more troops get within range of the castle.
There is no problem with the cc, you and your clanmates just did't reach the range of it yet.
I agree something has changed, we keep seeing random numbers of troops staying in the castle. It mostly seems to be the slower troops like wizzers that hang back but sometimes its archers. We now have to count them to make sure they all come out or get a nasty surprise after the main attack is fully deployed.
