Anyone would like to join my clan ? i really cant find any active clans

If you look in the clan talk There are two sections there - looking for a clan where you advertise yourself as looking for a clan and the other section where people advertise their clans.

Remember to write as much as you can about yourself ( TH level - troops unlocked and exp level at the very minimum) and what type of clan you are looking for ( farming clan - war clan etc). look at the threads started by people looking for new members. This will give you an idea of what to write.
