Halloween Headstone question

Hey, I have a question about the Halloween Headstones.

I would really like to have a Headstone on the outside stroke of my map, the stroke of furry grass.
So my question is; If I cover my whole base with all of my buildings and spread them out entirely, kind of a White Flag base, will that increase my chances of getting a Headstone on the furry grass?

I've been looking for threads regarding this topic, but haven't been able to find any.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Well yes technically, the more area you cover with buildings the higher the chances it will spawn in a select area.
