What requirements? Are you able to play Clash of Clan? Do you have a good village? Are you willing to work in a clan environment with other people just like you, who enjoy both Supercell and Clash of Clan? That's all you need here. A willingness to be a part of the clan, and a friendly attitude. There's no "Requirement" other than to enjoy yourself and what you do.
