Many people ask each other to join a clan.
You have to remember being a leader means people will do as you say and when they're is argument just talk to each other.
To build a clan you need some friends to join so you can get a boost.
Make a good name for your clan.
Don't make spastic names or offensive.
For a starter I recommend setting the trophy level to low and everyone can join.
So when your clan starts to grow you can make it higher trophy required and invite only.
Don't blackmail players ("be active or get kicked")
This kind of stuff makes me loose trust for the clan.
As leader, you should donate, give daily message, and talk with the clan about hoes everyone ect.
When you think there a person that donates allot and good member you can promote him or her to elder
Then later when you earn more trust you can make him Co leader
