    [Clan interaction] Clan Boosting! [Poll]

This is a remake of my old thread for clan boosting, with a poll and tweaks. I NEED FEEDBACK! Tell me your opinion!

When visiting clan members, there will be icons floating above collectors and buildings getting built/upgraded, you can tap on those three times ONLY and either build time gets reduced or collectors x2 speed.

Clan members can reduce each other's build time by Xminutes and/or boost collector for X minute. You can only do 3 per member. One boost, two build time. Two build time, one boost. By three boosts, I REALLY mean PER member. I have decided it wouldn't be fair if one guy gets 3 boosts per 24 hr to pick somebody random.

Notice I gave a variable for the boost time? The boost time will be dependent on the # of people in your clan! Discuss this for any possible abuse!

    Q & A

    Q : Stacking too OP!
A : You would need a really active and full clan to get insane boost stacks

Q : Build time should be on % reductions.
A : In order to prevent abuse, it's most likely unable to be stacked, I keep it per minutes so people can stack it without too much abase.

Q : There's still abuse in the system.
A : Outweighed by the clan interaction.

Q : But.. hoppers hopping and boosting!
A : Three boosts per day, not exclusive to clans.

Don't give me the "Supercell lose money" deal, this will greatly help clan interaction and it could always be changed to be less "OP"

-Beside for donating, people will be encouraged to boost each other to earn ranks because it will be a view able stat.
-People who often boosted will definitely see each other's bases and they can't help it but see flaws in base designs and help each other.

Example:Player A likes to boost, after a week of boosting after since the update came out, he notices flaws in Player's C's base.

Player A-Hey I notice your base could be improved.
    Player C-Really? Tell me
    Insert conversation and interaction

This will be a viewable stat with a neat little achievement, another bonus to clan interactions.

It's a good idea and I like it, but the only issue is that it's exploitable. If everyone in the clan used their boosts on, let's say, a building, you're talking about 147 boosts on one building. Moreover if a clan has a sister clan, a feeder, etc., you'd have the issue of another 150 boosts per extra. And that's not including new members.

So while I like the idea of build time reduction, not sure it'd be the best. To edit the idea, if a clan member could "boost" a builder's hut, perhaps a % speed increase for T minutes (non-stackable). I believe the builder boosting idea (that was ruled out) was limited to spending gems/upgrading builders huts to boost time, I don't think it ever mentioned a clan member doing it.

The collector boost also seems like a good idea, although 10 minutes may be too little.

I took the boosting from another game. What happened with active members is that my mailbox with flood with "X has boosted you! Click to collect!" And I could pretty much spam "Accept" and get couple hours worth of boost. It's possible to stack a ton of boosts but you would need to afk for a long time, and that's assuming you can choose when to boost it.

Build time reduction.... The non stackable part will be a downer, but I just had this idea to put the "boost effect" be dependent on the clan member amount.

Sister clans and brother clans, if a system is introduced, cannot boost other clans. I might as well mention that you can't boost, leave, boost, leave.

I said non-stackable because if not there'd be some crazy large boosts, in which case SC would definitely reject the idea.

Sorry if it was unclear, but when I said that sister/brother clans, I meant if, for example, a clan has a few "flagship" members; in which case players from related clans could leave their clan (w/o "spending" their boost), and go to the main one to boost the flagship members' buildings (particularly if a new building was introduced, or an upgrade for a pre-existing one). Then the members would go back to their clans.

I mean, if people are willing to cheap-shield their best members I don't see why they'd have reservations to speed up their upgrades.

They only get three boosts per day, regardless of clan. Using and handling a lot of alt accounts in order to make a lot of boosting "stacks" is very boring and time-consuming work, in which they might as well wait out build times and go raid for loot.
