If this "standstill" theory were correct then we would most certainly be at one the moment they hid the inactives...... if you have a problem with people being able to get too much from full collectors, change the payout from raiding full collectors!!!! Don't just remove the whole base from the equation.... Do something like once the collector is full, smooth the available loot out to all elixir/gold units. For instance, full collectors = loot availability averaged by hit points across collectors and storage. There! Freaking problem solved..... if you're concerned about people leaving out storage and collectors (which I am guessing is rare) out of generosity, then run a bot program that "tests" bases for ease of loot extraction once the base goes "inactive". Given a certain troop and placement strategy, like a general line of arch along the field perimeter would help catch bases that just leave all of their resources in the corner and then hide those.
I see what you are getting at here. and while i am gonna say that i am a Th8, no criticism needed, and have already realized the loot crisis for Th9s and above. I was just inputting my suggestions on how to actively fix the problem ourselves rather than have SC wait a couple more weeks/months before another minor update.

in my next statement, it will sound like a contradiction to every thing that i have said thus far, however i am an avid farmer and wouldn't mind seeing more inactives to raid. not every raid, but more than once in a blue moon would be nice.

While your idea is solid and that a flat rate of loot is implemented on bases that have gone untouched for x amount of time, i would rather suggest that no shields are given at all for those same bases. that way, people can keep hitting it until they run dry, then pass em up until it is a more acceptable amount of Loot. also an auto-collect after they are filled and then some more days, for those bases should also be implemented, so that once the collectors are full, they stay full for another day or so before they are emptied into storages. That way they are constantly generating loot and saving it, and saving it so people like me, barch whats on the outside and leave the storages for players like you who will go for a full storage raid.

I apologize if any of my previous comments made no sense, they made sense to me and i was trying to get an idea into other players' heads as to why inactives are missing from the pool so much.

Please stop posting inflammatory remarks to the OP, he has a right to post here as much as you do, and as a th9, taking on rival Th9s or maybe Th10s even, 2-300K and a thousand DE isn't much of a big win.

I'm fully aware of people finding big scores. I've seen plenty of most loot per raid stats and have seen this before. Just posting one of these rare gems is not a sufficient argument against my point. Pretty much every decent farmer I've ever talked to in every one of my clans have said they think there is a loot problem.

"Forsaken us yet?? " ...... look, this game is driven by economics. They restricted the money/loot supply when they hid inactive bases by reducing the amount of mined resources available within the system. They did this specifically to create a need for resources that could be overcome by gem purchases. Now to be honest I think you being able to barch 500/600k of each is wrong. If they allowed the inactives to remain and smoothed their resource availability over all collectors and storages people would actually have to fight for their loot wins.

Wait...You are for the putting in of inactives. you are for a more scaled loot structure based on inactives for SC to inject more loot into the economy. but you are against one of the most profitable ways of raiding in the game? your giant-healer strategy is formidable and yes it will get you into the core of bases, but why waste the effort when BArching can pick off those full collectors and potential storages too? Yeah its not that hard of a fight, but if its there why not get it by any means necessary?

If you guys want to just barch feel free. I don't care what you do. And yes I would be just fine with loot injection into the economy if it meant you would actually have to use your brain to get at it. Personally, I think barching is weak and boring. I enjoy taking down a base and kinda thought that was part of the point of this whole game. Barching is next to league farming IMO but more lucrative. Every time I get barched it's by some idiot who makes a tiny margin because I keep my collectors empty and I would love to see that lame strategy become obsolete.
