Create a War Base for Troop Donations
I would like to see a Clan War Base created where Clan Members can donate Troops to and select Troops for their Clan Castle to use in war. This would create a stockpile of Troops to use for the current war, and the user could select from the Troops available. This would allow for more even donations by the Clan, and not rely on a couple members to use only their resources to fund the war.
I do not understand how this will motivate your members to donate if they do not already donate. you would still probably have the same individuals donating to this stockpile and people would just be able to grab those units. this does not solve the current problem that you posed.
Well, maybe you could make it so everyone can donate to the new clans castle a certain number of troops. That way if you what troops the. You donate.

The problem lies in that wars are 24 hours long. If we could stockpile troops at one time, then you would not have to be present to donate. Then others that are not always online could donate more.
So this description changed from your original because what it seems like you want to do is just create a stockpile of troops before prep day even begins. But again, this does not solve the original issue of yours saying that it would not have to rely on a few members donating. If someone does not donate as much in your current situation, then to add this feature...I still do not see why they would choose to all of a sudden donate their troops.
either way, I think what you really wanted to suggest was just a building to stockpile war troops before prep day even begins...
