This is a simple oversight that would be a relatively easy fix. I apologize if this has already been posted, but I didn't see anything like this when I was searching for it.

Basically, instead of just telling me that I need to upgrade my TH level when I click on a locked spell (which I can already tell from reading the overlay on the button, so that's just redundant and annoying), do the same thing that is done for EVERY other upgrade in the game. Show me the price and stat boosts of the upgrade.

I can only assume this is an oversight and it just hasn't been addressed because most of the avid posters are max level everything, but from someone who is still leveling up, this is fairly annoying and doesn't make any sense.
