Why Zapping Is An Issue, But Something We Should Live With.

Of course, you still will get zapped. My way of avoiding is dropping in trophies, and not going up. And that proved to be very useful. I don't get zapped now, and I barely loose any DE.

My experience is the opposite you rarely get zapped at the higher levels cause people there get plenty of DE between pumps and raiding and its not efficient. Its the low trophies with TH7/TH8 not being able to get enough for their king

I was at the 1700 range when the spell factory boost happened, didnt have a lot of loot but I did have max DE (2500ish). Every time my sheild went down i was zapped with 2-4 lightning spells...least they took my outside TH too.

I cannot imagine how much someone might lose if their TH was "in" since it wouldnt get the shield and could be endlessly zapped for nearly 500-1200ish depending on vl lightning and spells.

If someone steals your stuff, do you really care how they do it? Just revenge those ♥♥♥♥s. I'd rather want them to steal some dark elixir instead of 3-2 starring my base and taking a ton of my other stuff.

I know, I know. It really does sound weird to avoid being zapped by moving down in trophies. But trust me, it works. I went down to silver 2 before and I didn't even get zapped, because the players there don't even have DE storage's.

Judging by your hero and DE troops level i doubt you save up enough to get zapped much.

I have minions lvl6, so you can tell how many times I got zapped. 60k de is 3k de available for opponents, so yes I do get zapped a lot, good day sir.

Totally agree with this. It is more hurtful to go see your base got attacked with all of the resources being wiped out including those 2500k DE rather than got zapped for 1000DE and lose a couple of trophy from sniper.

Yep, I read. I'll argue why my d is still significant. It's part of the game. Anyone could zap anyone anytime. I'd like to see you say that you've never used lightning spells to zap storage's. Zapping if part of the game, as I stated before. It's called fair since everyone can do it. I don't think SuperCell's planning on removing this either. Also, I stated that moving down in trophies will help. Did you even finish my thread before commenting? If not, please do.

Is it worth arguing with someone if his main point is "It's part of the game" ?
Anyway azleir's main point was that there's no defensive counter for it, there's not the risk that every battle using troops has. Raising or lowering trophies is avoidance, not a counter.

And no, I've never made 3 lightning spells to zap a storage

Its funny to watch those unskilled attackers, especially considering he got better troops than me that could have taken it all.

The thread that I linked is written by someone else. As I clearly stated. The link that I posted leads to a thread that states why zapping is a problem. However, my thread is about why zapping is a problem, but something we should live with. It's written by different people, and the two threads are each supporting different sides of the argument.

All opinions about DE zapping should be under a single thread.
