Since Elixir now has real value, I have not been zapped at all. I really dont see this as an issue anymore. Even before it was obnoxious but not that bad really.

it may not be a strong argument for it, but its a far cry better argument than from morals or unequality that anti-zappers give. it is the simple reason that it does not discriminate. anyone can use the lightning spell how they want. that is the beauty of it. it was designed, at least i think so, to give an advantage to the user. however they use it. to pick and choose what is affected by it diminishes the total aspect of the spell as a whole.Originally Posted by Gama321

I think what you are looking for cannot possibly exist, I'd like to see you give an example of any tweak or change in the history of clash that has been made that is what you refer to as 'reasonable and rational', that would be the only way to validate you rejecting other people's arguments like that.
Lol oh the ole loot penalty argument. That doesn't stop anyone from steamrolling lower ths. Attacking lower ths is the same as zapping. The exact same. Neither take skill. The loot penalty argument is ♥♥. Everyone knows it thats why people continue to steamroll people lower than them. I do it, you do it. If you are against zapping, but ever attack someone a lower th than you, then you are nothing but a crying hypocrit.
Subverting all defenses?
There is no defense against the Lightning Spell no matter where it is placed or how it is used.
There is no defense against the Freeze Spell no matter where it is placed or how it is used.
Defenses can target Healers, but they can't target the Healing Spell.
Defenses can target Wallbreakers, but they can't target the Jump Spell.
It sounds like your problem is with spells in general.

Maybe learn to read what you reply to before responding. I said that people have no incentive to attack people two ths below them due to the 50% loot penalty

I have in fact never used a lightning spell on resource storages. I can take it one step further and say i have never even used a lightning spell. I am a level 94 TH9. I have level 1 lightning spells.
I have no issue what so ever with zappers. I just dont choose to use it.
