sorry i thought its a brainless logic that everyone should know. it restart so that inactive players will be filter off the leagues and they become no badge.

So far, I've seen one use to the league system : to spot active players without clans and invite them ^^
As Supercell now know, the loot bonus is a joke and the disappearance of the level badge is a bummer for recruiting.

that's the only good thing that the league have: restart every two weeks so we can sort or recognize the inactive ones

We could already sort out inactive ones by donation count.

If you talking about in clans both are pretty useful. If you see someone with a badge and 0 donations they may be active but not contributing. If you're attacking someone without a badge it a good bet they are not active so there won't be trap or CC to worry about and if there's a good amount of loot it will be in the collectors.
