Hi... Im an COC addict... I just hope that there will be an option to change the IGN (in game name)... but to control players on using it it should require gems for changes... and also another suggestion that there will be an option on searching a particular username for us to locate friends whom their bases are not connected to their facebook. this will be easier to invite more friends in the clan.. But my main concern is the changing of IGN..
I actually like both of these ideas, I know many players that started this game thinking the'yd be funny and not really like it so they picked a stupid IGN, now they wish they could change it. I also REALLY like the idea of creating a unique identifier to players, that way, as you said, you could find friends that are not connected on FB and add them to your list. The key would be that you would have to restrict it to simply adding them as friends.
Changing IGN has been ruled out (please read the sticky) although I believe they will make an exception if you either used your full name or something offensive and you put in a request to support (probably would take a couple months to get fixed the way they work).
