The idea is make a value at any village and a global value at the clan (the global value is the total values of any village that going in war)
It can be usefull to see the total difference between the clan at war or to premade a war with another clan.
You mean like the trophy? If you win war, you will get some trophies and if you lose, you will lose some trophies. This could be a good idea. As strong clans won't want to drop trophies by losing a war , like they do to drop trophies. Good idea

No. I mean a statistic value. I saw many times that players are disappointed with the war matchmaking so a value that rapresent the strength system calcution can clarify any doubt.
