Clan leader (options)

Hi, I have a clan in clash of clans. as a leader I'm always afraid that some elder might kick out everyone in my clan for some stupid reason. I have put 400 for elder. however still I think that's not enough. so I'm hoping that new feature in clash of clans would be an option to give my elders or co-leaders privileges such as kicking people or posting mails and etc. that way I can control my elders and co-leaders that I trust the privilege to kick people or invite people and the ones I don't trust I'll take away that privileges.

another feature, is that I have to wait 12 hours until I post new messages to clan. I was hoping that we can reduce that to 6 hours instead that way I can communicate with my clan members better.

Elder can only kick once every 20 mins. And a Co can just keep kicking. I would worry more about Co's the elders

still wouldn't it be better to the clan leader some privileges? it'll create more customization in clan, also it'll help the clan leader to protect it self. it's not just about kicking people how about inviting people?


also how about the clan mail? can we reduce to that to every 6 hours instead of 12hours?
