Help the economy! - please read!!!

So before I say anything I know there is a thread for this so my apologies to the mods but please don't remove this.



I currently have 2 accounts, the second of which I have less time to manage. I know people have been complaining about loot so I thought I would use my second account to help out.

I doubt I'm the first that has thought of this and I wouldn't be surprised if there was another thread with the same idea.

Basically I've made a clan for people that are retiring/taking a break/etc. I've laid out my base with the hopes of people being able to see it before they go loot crazy. It says "No Star" and "PLZ 40" (not a good looking 40 I know but I'm limited with the number of walls at TH6).

The clan is called "HELP ECONOMY!!!"

I'm hoping that people will be able to find this and farm a substantial amount of loot but refrain from starring the base to help circulate it up and down the leagues to help with farming. The "PLZ 40" is with hopes that players 40% the base to give a shield and allow the collectors to replenish however not hitting 50% to bring the base down. Ideally if the base gets too high then obviously starring it would help bring it down as well as give it longer shields to help replenish even more!

I would love for this to spread throughout the CoC community. Supercell has done a lot to help with the loot with the recent update but we need to stop being so selfish and actually maybe help out. If you know you're going on vacation or taking a break just configure a similar layout. You aren't losing anything.

I was always of the opinion that the shield is vitally important to ensuring a base continues to appear in the match making.. Not sure if there is any evidence to support this theory. But if that is correct then your idea will last for about 2/3 weeks before it is pushed so far down the queue no one will ever find it.

That theory is a possibility, I would have no idea. However if people are hitting 40% they're providing a shield as well as sending it up in trophies. There are players out there that will ignore it and maybe just hit the loot and be done but that would also send me up in trophies where I'm sure I will get a shield.

On the opposite end of the spectrum a TH6 isn't so hard to take out especially with how I've set things up. So should I get 1-3 starred that'll provide a shield for me plus the chances of that happening are rather high, especially if someone is pushing and stumbles upon my base.

its a good idea but i would think that it goes against the reasons why SC wont let us donate resources. if we could donate all we would have to do is have 10 account. put them all in one clan and donate all the loot from collectors. the idea you have has some very basic similarities. if everyone created a second acc and configured it the way you have then in theory there would be twice as many accounts as there is player. putting twice as much loot into the economy as before.

its a good idea but i feel it will be banned soon or they may ban the player all together.

to keep it active though all you would have to do is log in every other day and it will stay in the que. or go and revenge someone and lose the battle.

if we all really wanted to help the economy we could all put exactly 50% of our bases in one corner and all live of the league bonus. we woudlnt use much elixir for troops to do this plus all the loot would come directly from SC and there would be no limit to how much you could raid per hour. where as the method you are suggesting has a limit from what the collectors can produce

i havent done that for my base yet but that how i raid. got all 5 builders busy and only 100 mill gold from maxxing th10 defences + new mortar
