Why are you guys all assuming they did something to deserve it? Your premise is faulty. Supercell, in my view, needs to be a bit less sensitive or at least put some sort of warning system in place.

I agree, as they do say that there is an option to contact support to make their case... may be a warning that you will be banned in 24hrs or something like that so that they can plan accordingly... esp for war, if you are on prep day you can quickly finish your attacks... if war starts in 24hrs you get out of the clan so that you are not in the war... this way the clan isnt at loss

Why is there no warning when your account has been banned? We were in the middle of a war when 2 members (or more) have been banned by supercell. Both members have have not attacked yet. Kind of weak that all of a sudden they have a 24 hour ban with no notice or warning.
This game is beginning to make me want to delete it. Too many kids....

Too many kids? I'm sure it was your clan mates childlike behaviour that got them banned in the first place.
I see no needs for warnings. Act like a child, get punished like one.

Inappropriate behaviour in global? Doesnt that just result in a chat ban? Not a permanent ban, must be something more..or my account would have been closed long time ago.

Well, it's not really in a companies best interest to simply ban people t random who have done nothing wrong.

Too bad! They were banned because they deserved it. If that affects the ongoing war they should've thought of it before they were being offensive/inappropriate.

Reminds me of poker forums, where player x makes a post stating he was banned unjustly from site y and in the end, once the dust settles, his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ways are exposed

not saying these players are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s, but im willing to bet they bent the rules in some way shape or form to get them banned.

Yeah, it definitely couldn't have been a mistake. ♥♥♥♥ of here, apologist. You're comment assumes that the reporting system can't be abused and that Supercell is completely fair in ALL bans and doesn't make mistakes.

So what do you think did they do? supercell doesnt ban someone without doing anything inapropriate. maybe some of the players in global reported them for something, cause global has the only option for a player to get reported right??? aside from that no more.

No idea, Supercell didn't disclose any information other than that the were banned for inappropriate/offensive behavior.

Yep, agreed. I for one actually appreciate that there's one or more people at SC that's out there enforcing rules. Would really like to know what they did, but given that the OP claims they were "innocent" I don't think we'll find out....
