I am going to have a problem

So in a few weeks I will be getting a new phone, and with that phone I will be getting a new iTunes account (because I am currently sharing one). So right now I have a th9 on my phone and a th8 on my iPad, both are on the same game center so when I get a new phone and new iTunes account will it just pick randomly what account transfers to my new phone? Or should I get a new game center and make sure that's the one I sign up with on my new phone? Because obviously I do not want to lose either account.

To the OP, only one village can be associated with a GC, which mean one of your village is only played/saved locally, on the device.

Yeah I just realized that, my ipad account is not connected to a gc.
