You've managed to make it worse. Applause for not making level 6 available before TH10, but it's still insanely cheap to research and build with minimal housing space required. Also, a range like that and a blast radius that size is still basically unstoppable. Do you realize that a 4-tile blast radius is enough to take out a wall and damage multiple buildings on the other side, depending on the placement of them?
And I'm sure you didn't mean it like this, but an attack speed of 0.5 sec means it attacks twice as fast as it did before
