New Dark Troop Idea : Cerberus

    Name: Cerberus - Level 1
Training cost: 100 Dark Elixir( DE )
    Training time: 4 minutes
    Housing space: 5
    Damage per second: 35Dps - 80 Dps (3 targets - 1 target)
    Hit points: 250
    Movement speed: 32
    Description: Above

Pretty Simple idea, and use. My idea is have a Cerberus dark troop (like the mythological beast), damage and cost / training time can be set by super cell based on its power but it would operate as a inferno tower. The heads can be set to 3 or 1 target. Set to 3 it would spit out a stream of lava (identical to inferno tower) from each of the dog's three heads to 3 separate buildings, or set it to 1 and all heads would work in tandem to destroy one building faster; you'd set your preference prior to the fight (maybe in the barracks itself, as switching on the fly would seem to overpowered). Inferno Towers would do half damage to the troop (inferno towers are so op i think one troop should at least be resistant in some way). Also maybe something interesting would be if the Cerberus and enemy Inferno Tower ignore each other. That or half damage from it, what do you guys think? I think the troop works with the game perfectly as the beast is from hell and most high level things in the game have a fiery / lava look to them anyways and we do not have a single troop that can target more then one building (minus splash damage) yet. Seems like a great fit to me, let me know what you guys think, love to see this idea in the game and i think a lot would feel the same. Discuss.

Ye, very interesting concept! I like it quite much!

Pls make a table with stats, so we know how you would want to have this troop! (For example: low housing space, medium DMG = used in hordes! Or: high housing space, tanky and much DPS=used as meatshields or like pekkas)

It's up to SEE to make detailed and perfect stats, but we should know at least the main stats!

My original thinking was that it would be dark elixirs version of a wizard, available before Valkyrie. So 5-10ish housing space, 4 minute training time, and it would cost 100ish DE per troop and would be used in a similar way as a wizard. Groups of 10 or so to compliment your regular attack. Dps for lvl 1 maybe 80 (1 target ), 28(3 targets), and say 100 hitpoints. These of course are very rough estimates, but my intention was for it to be a medium level troop to be complimented by a standard comp as maybe a more interesting diverse wizard substitute. Having a resistance to inferno towers would be huge advantage. Thinking they would be unlocked at th8, semi tank (similar to hog), but with high dps. All stat balancing is up to SC, but i think as a medium level troop this idea would be a very welcome addition to a roster of already cool characters. And who wouldnt use a inferno tower on legs, awesome idea. Open to all criticism of course

Ye I get it! And I like it very much!
Could you still make a table and add this table to the start post? So it gets more understandable!

I think movement speed is similar to the hogs, so 32... Right?

With 80 DPS (single Target) and 100 HP I think 4 Housing Space would be OK! 5-10 is maybe a lil to much!

    I like it

A Cerberus would be pretty cool; and the two variations of it would be an interesting toggle

Being able to set how troops attack would be great. The one worry I have is that it won't impact higher level gameplay (which most updates are directed to). The reason is, being a non-ranged troop with meh HP and DPS, I don't see this being used by high lvl players. Then again, that's what people said about hounds so I very well could be wrong. Just my initial thoughts on this.

I think a lot of people would use this. Its a expensive mid level troop that is extremely fast, strong for its level and has similar HP to a hog (modified my HP, 100 is way too low). You're missing that I said it has a resistance to the inferno tower. I am not a TH10 but judging from replays I'd say a ton of players would use my troop to have a somewhat cost effective chance against an inferno tower. I also thought the ability to toggle would be sweet, the dog could use all heads independently, or toggle it and all three heads would spit out a lava stream and they'd join to make a big thick stream to damage a single target more effectively. I think the versatility is great and something very original for the game. We're not even talking max level Cerberus either. I think with proper balancing this idea would be a great, fresh addition a lot of people would enjoy. Something totally new.

I love the idea! Would bring a new angle to attacking strategies, could easily be implemented within alot of troop compositions eg GoWiWi, GoWiPe etc.

    +1

    Sup, tad inactive.
