I was thinking that too but then I remembered my dislike for lvl 11 zaps

I just find difference between lvl 9 and lvl 10 is not visible enough... for the price it cost, they could try making it more fancy, even tough I do prefer lvl 10 to lvl 9

Lvl 11 are a looking a lot better. I will probably not do all of my lvl 10 before moving to lvl 11, will keep lvl 9 for my outside walls and upgrade center ones to lvl 11
