Clan chiefs need the right to sift clan members for war !
as clan chief i would like to be able to sort my own clan for war as we have good clannies that dont want to go to war (conscientious objectors maybe ??) or who just don't enjoy war, either way they dont participate in war and effect our outcome . They have been and still are good clan members so dont want to kick them out .
What do others think ??
Kick them and reinvite them. Better then them not doing war but still in it
Edit: Kick them before the war and reinvite them after you start it

War is a hassle. It should be a hassle. The leaders who are willing to put up with the hassle deserve to beat you if you're too lazy to boot and invite.

as for war meant to be a hassle don't be so stupid, when things become a hassle people stop using them so does SC want to lose revenue and customers?? Not smart
I agree. It would be nice to be able to move people to an inactive status for war. we have some members active duty that aren't always able to play and it would be nice to be able to show them unavailable for a war but still able to enjoy the game and play and be members of our team and then transition them back for war battles when they come home or have time
If kicking and reinviting is too much of a hassle then just kick them. If that is too much of a hassle then kick your own account and rejoin and let someone else deal with the work that comes from being the leader.
Ok I'll just deal with it no need to be rude I thought this was a decent Idea. Maybe you should learn respect, honor and integrity. This game is about having fun with friends and family and hopefully making new ones in the process. If you don't like an opinion be respectful I run my clan just the way it is and treat everyone in it respectfully and as a chief I choose to keep my people that are active duty. You may consider that a weakness but to me it's a strength.
Maybe put a limit of 5 that you can consider inactive

long story short .
i have been in my clan since jan 2012, was made leader oct 2013 most of my clan have been there from the start( well before War! ) we are mates though most havent met . Some like war others dont ... All clash hard. I dont want to or feel the need to kick people because of war .... We were all here before war!
I am simply saying " an opt in or out of war " button on each players profile could and would make this game better for all .
