This argument is made so dang often by anti-zappers. Oh dear me he's not using strategy in a strategy game. So here's something straight out of a dictionary "strat·e·gy"ˈstradəjē/'noun"a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim"Zapping is a type of action, designed to gain dark elixir. Fits the definition, eh? Strategy is what you do to achieve your goals, simple as that. So please, don't use words you don't know the definition of when trying to make an argument

Alright, search in that dictionary of yours what balance is. And this time use the correct definition for this context.

But you have to be ready to lose some back on revenge, and lose some trophies as well ;-) As a TH10, I always revenge those people zapping my DE... Most of the time not immediately as I know lots of DE zappers are also TH snippers, and I love waiting for them to climb up a bit before I revenge, 3-star them using barch, and take 50 trophies away from them ;-)

Did that today on a guy who just reached 2599 trophies. I guess the guy was aiming at the master gems, but he will have to try a bit harder with 50 trophies lost.

But,they zap 5k per day and lose only 1.5k,still 3.5k DE profit(ok,i am a zapper too,but i need to get my BK to lvl 5 faster).
Trophies are not a problem for a zapper.
About climbing up:I was in C3 for a while and got 3 starred everytime i log off,only by revenges,and,I still get revenge from players in C3...very sadly

So you're telling me, if the th7 hadn't trapped his th you wouldn't take the 250k gold, 180k elixir, 700 DE & 35 trophies?

Probably not. Call me stupid, but a lot of times I'll snipe & give a shield to someone with more loot than that. If I'm close to what I need for an upgrade and it will do it for me though...

I have a nice chunk of de to grab... others th9 don't struggle to take me 1800+ de (easy or by the tip of their fingers) but never i'm being zapped... idk why... only times i get zapped it's by low th lvl with like 2-3lightning lvl3 taking a small part of it... not a big deal for me... even when i was th8 and saving for heroes/golem i wasn't much zapped...


BUT

don't go sub-200 with full de storage... now there... yeah ... i understand it is frustratring... but still... it is part of the game...

I never had this problem till recently. Actually till I got to gold 2 but I'm getting zapped all day. As a townhall 8 I don't make much dark elixir and these guys come in and steal a ton just zapping. There is no strategy or fairness in that. It's cowardly. Ik this gets preached alot on here but damn SC needs to fix this. One suggestion I thought was cool was the lightning rod. Just 1 that you can Put next to your DE storage. I'm fine with them zapping drills whatever but to be able to do it to the storage that's just too much and too easy.

Maybe they should create a defensive building called the lighting rod, that you could put beside the 1 thing you don't want zapped, so lightning hits it and disperses the lightning spell away from said building and re-directs it powering your unhidden teslas?
