Split dark elixir storage for avoid multiple lighting abuse

Hi to all.. we all have problem with lighting spell abuse on dark elixir storage.

My idea is to split in 4 1x1 storage or almost 2 2x1 storage (to keep same actual space)

In this manner the lighting spell have 4 o 2 minor power..

PLEASE.. is very frustrating to see a th7 steal 700 dark from a th9 in this way and then terminate the attack
