How about give us the option to create our clan badge? One awesome idea could be " CLAN Contract or Clan pact " , when the clan lider could define troop donation base ( f.ex: Only archers and giants ) and when one member asks for a troop only can be given archers or giants. More.. When a new member joins one clan I " signs " a contract where he have to for example 1000000 gold or elixir to leave. This will reduce members always leaving clans when they want.
I seriously don't see how this is going to work out. Paying a million gold to leave a clan that you don't like or doesn't suit you? Only being able to donate certain troops to someone who wants something else? Also if these 2 ideas are combined, somebody might come into a clan thinking that they would get wizards, but instead only get wall breakers. I think that when the member enter have to respect and be respected and paying to leave os the better option to reduce that. But I see... Probably you are one of this guys...
Don't like the idea.....but have an alternative
After war, I go to the enemy clan and talk trash, make fun of their attack skills, dog out the guys I destroy, and on rare occasions, congratulate them on a hard fought war...I do not want to pay every time I do this.
I can see a leader approved cool down before being able to join another clan. Give the Clan Leader either immediate release or a 48 hour cool down options for those that want to leave, countdown starts from request to leave initiation. Would allow feeder clans to swap members with no penalty and would be able to penalize clan hoppers.

For me I think that members that are always in/out of a clan deserved to get penalized! And for me the only way to get this, is if he leaves he pays, or he has to be for a defined period of time to get out... Per example: one week. But enter and then two seconds after he leaves, then he has to pay!
