While our minimum is lvl 80, we are also looking for well established bases. Anyone joining that is th8 will be nearly maxed and have quality troops. We are extrememly loyal and active, and will give the boot to anyone that isn't the same. Mcvitys is correct in that we start as noobs. I was under lvl 50 when I joined and am not lvl 104.
