Builders Upgrades needed

Hi i feel like that many people are having problems with not enough builders and this will slow peoples game progress so i think that it should be able to be upgraded.

Builders hut
first upgrade 500,000 elixir
second upgrade 1,500,000 elixir
level 3 is max level possible and the design could change by him having another hammer and it possibly changing colour
the speed should increase more than 10% like form normal time -> which is say 4days and level 2 is /25% so it goes to 3 days and level 3 /50% so it would be 2 days.

I also think it would be good if builders could work together on a single item this could divide it by half .
