there should be weekly gems donation by supercell in order to help players. it should be like 50 to 100 gems . it will be same to gem box but have different amount of gems. you can name it gem chest. It should be distributed once or twice a week. It can be removed by 5000 elixir. If you want you can also set it as it can be looted but only a small amount.
In a sense, the gem box are the weekly gems

elixir be happy you didn't lose 700 000 elixir!

Some people will never be satisfied... If SC gives 100 gems/week then ppl will want 200. You know there is a reason that u can't get 10,000 gems a week and max ur base in a year without even raiding.
