Correct, it is stupid and false and also features terrible use of English. I display it ironically as it was a comment made by some ignorant plonker when Supercell nerfed the Barb King and I like to remind everyone of the sheer stupidity some people can display in ignorance and anger. It's like a warning sign for people to remember that ignorance and anger are a combination that can make you look rather like a baffoon. A little bit like you've just done...

The Barbarian King's attack only goes up 2 / 3dps per upgrade. Where his damage used to be '140' per second, now it is '120' per second.

The Queen's damage might have improved, but why downgrade a hero so drastically that one doesnt feel like even using the special troop?

For those who have the bk at a high level have been duped into submission. No announcement was made during the last upgrade (not Halloween upgrade) about such change.

Why the secrecy while making such a change?

The stat boosts per lvl for the BK certainly are enough to make a person blink, to the OP at least take solace that the regen time has been nicely cut. Does it make up for the ultra-nerf? Well, the bottom line is SC made the Heroes just ridiculously overpowered and had to do something. The game simply wasn't balanced any more.
