Help for a new th9?

Hey guys! So I recently hit town hall 9, and have been keeping Xbows upgrading constantly (both going to 2). An issue I'm facing is right now I'm trying to save up 40K for the queen (Don't ask, I know I should have farmed it when th was upgrading but had some stuff going on in life and was busy), yet the issue I have is every time I log off, I get wrecked by a th9 or 10, and usually it's a 10. It's frustrating, barching for 1K de, logging off, and then later finding I've been 3 starred for 1.7-1.9K de. Can someone help me out with what to do?

Put you TH in the corner unguarded a live off free shields. Problem solved.

I suggest you go to crystal III to I. Bring atleast 1m gold and elixir with you. Boost your spell factory and zap zap zap. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ style.

Depending in what league your in the DE bonus seems to get higher. I'm in crystal 2 and seek high DE totals per raid. So maybe try moving a league or two up to increase DE amount farmed?

Also dont break shields unless you can raid 3+ times. Point is dont log off till you made back what you lost and then some.

Agreed. Especially if you're going to Barch for DE, you're going to have to put long hours to earn good profit.

Definitely the best advice. I'd say you should max out your drills as soon as you hit TH9, before anything else, but also leave your town hall on the outside like someone else said if you value your resources more than your trophies. After you've maxed out your drills than do what the other folks said, and just make sure you raid more than people can take. That coupled with the maxed out drills collecting while your shielded and you'll be ok. Just gotta accept the loss when it happens, but obviously have a plan in place to net more than you lose.
