Some kind of bonus needed

I just want so say, since beginning my clash of clans account I have spent a good amount of money on gems. And that's good news for you. After all you are running a business, so if you're not making money its just bad business. I will say recently I have stopped purchasing gems. I am currently a town hall lvl 8. And gems don't go a long way. I'm best off waiting to collect my elixr and gold just by sitting idle and waiting. And if spending my money on your game has become boring that's not good for either of us. So I'll let you know what does work for me and other people as I have heard this complaint before. I will say I play a lot of Modern War by Gree. And I spend a lot of money there. You know why? Because in modern war you can attain units which give the player bonuses. These units are not for purchase with resources, you must complete a goal which often requires spending money to complete the goal within the given time. These bonuses raise attack, defence and income by a %. This makes it worthwhile to me as I cannot attain many of those units without spending money on gold. With your game, I can just wait to get what you give me at no cost, plain old elixr and gold.
