Why is it hard to recruit good members

Just like the title says... Slim pickings round here. Needing a few good men or women.

So 01 low bird what are your criteria for "good?"

First, you seem not be offering anything. Why your clan? What makes it unique? Why might a player want to join it? Is it a war clan, a farm clan, a push clan, or adult clan?

Second, higher level players like higher level clans. If I were to ever leave my clan where I am the highest level, I would likely go to a clan where I was closer to the bottom.

Third, as a th8, lvl 77, your can recruit anyone in a lower townhall, but few higher. Get lower levels and make your own high levels. I was lvl 17 when I joined my clan and our clan leader was in the 80s. I passed him up in level awhile back.....

Good= anyone over level 25 that has some skill at attacks, active in chat and in war.
