War Deserter Retribution

Haven't seen this elsewhere, which I find surprising... if I missed it oh well...


So here's the thing. Revenge against people who raid you? Well and good, take advantage of it often, but I don't really hold it against those people. Raids are fair play, nothing personal, we all do it to each other. The people who REALLY deserve a revenge raid are the scum who bail on their clan in the middle of a war without using their attacks.

Can we please get functionality to exact some kind of retribution on those jerks? If you leave your clan when a war is active and you have unused attacks get a warning message asking if you really want to desert during wartime, and if you do then members of the clan who click on your profile get a revenge button they can click to raid you.

Probably deactivate it after it's been used a set number of times, letting an entire clan of 50 pile on might be excessive... well, maybe not...





(Having an option to be able to kick out and then raid someone who doesn't use their attacks would be nice too, some "cowardice in the face of the enemy" function, but I'd settle for the deserters... there should be consequences for that.)

This was suggested a while ago but this isnt very good idea imo.
What if they didnt like the clan or people in the clan was being unkind to them?

Nothing stopping them from leaving between wars.

I totally agree with you!! & like your style! It has happened a number of times in my clan. Retribution would be awesome!

Just close the clan or put it on invite only before you start war. Personally in my clan we don't let new people in war. You can be in war once you prove loyalty

If you won't let ppl who want to leave leave, then they'll sabotage the war. Also, it's your fault you don't have a good clan with loyal members. Try to recruit more loyal ppl

Has been suggested A TON OF TIMES.
Again, the counter argument that you did not consider.
1. Easily exploitable because you can set up raids between players using this method, for loot or for trophies.
2. Clans always get mad when people leave, but fail to look at themselves. If it was a great clan, the person would probably stay, there is generally a reason why the person left. Also, if you expect people that just joined to be loyal, then you will always be disappointed. People that are new need a "trial period" to see their loyalty. In a good clan, one person leaving shouldnt be an issue. In a bad clan where everyone leaves, maybe the issue isnt with people who left
3. Revenging MULTIPLE TIMES. Even once isnt happening, multiple times is out of the question.
4. Also, even if this was implemented, people would drop a couple troops and end raid twice to get war raids over with. And spam donate the worst troops till they are kicked. Wouldnt help a thing

you try and escape and you get beaten up?
