Change to war loot bonus

Agree KingPin! I have two members waiting till the end to do it to go for big loot but I cannot say anything because they are good friends and being the leader I do not want to ♥♥♥♥ them off or kick them out. Nobody else in the clan is complaining about it so it is not a huge deal yet. But that is the job of the leader is to bring things up like that if someone is complaining about it.

Well, in your case, being the leader you can set some rules. In my clan the firts attack is, by rule, to the target the game advises. I dont think that that's a good play but we rarely loose, so... Why dont you impose a atack number? If they dont comply, just drop a hint

You claim that some of the lower members attacks the top guys in the enemy clan and leave you to pick up the slack. To me it sounds that the lower members only care about themselves and if that's the case then they should be kicked.
