We have a great clan of 20+ players (24 at the time of this posting). We're only a few months old and we've already won 22 wars. We've actually achieved perfect scores in several wars (we won every possible star). We've only lost 3 wars and it always comes down to us adding people from global... so I thought I'd try here instead.

We have a diverse group of players with ages ranging from 10-40 (both male and female). A lot of our players are teenagers but we try to keep the language and the conversation respectful of the women and younger players in the clan. Most of our players have joined us in small groups from around the country (USA) so a lot of our players have friends or family in the clan. Our players are dependable, we all help each other, we have almost no drama and we almost always win.

Donations: We would rather have high level troops in war castles so I donate most of the troops myself and our other higher lvl players help when they can. I personally donate 2500-3500 troops per season in requests so most of our players receive far more troops than they're asked to donate. We try to feed our lower level players a lot of good troops so they can grow faster and upgrade to higher lvl troops of their own. Most of my donations are Lvl3 dragons, lvl4 hogs or lvl5 wizards but I'm happy to train whatever you want. We have several players with higher level dragons so that's probably our most frequent donation overall. Requests are almost always filled quickly and with the troops that were requested.

Wars: We typically fight 2-3 wars per week with wars starting and ending around midnight eastern time. We work together and we're normally able to win most of the stars. Losing isn't the end of the world but winning is a lot more fun.

Our Problem: Our only real problem is that most of our players have busy lives and as a small clan things tend to get a little quiet when we're not fighting a war. I guess that's better than the spam that seems to exist in most clans. Our hope is that with a larger group things will be a little more active overall. Ideally we would like to add a small group of players who already know each other and just want to be part of a larger and more competitive team.

Promotions: We don't mind promoting people as long as we all feel like we can trust them. Unfortunately it seems like the players who are really worried about getting promoted right away are the ones who just want to cause trouble... so we typically ask people to stay a while and get a consensus from the existing leaders before being promoted. But if you want to merge another clan and you tell me we can trust your existing leaders we'll probably be willing to promote them right away.

Level: We would love to add some higher level players but we don't mind adding lower level players either. Lower level players help us get a broader selection of opponents in a war and increases the odds that everyone has a village they can three star. Besides, we all started as lower level players ourselves. And since high level troops make a huge difference at lower levels those players give us a huge advantage over any clan who doesn't consistently give their lower lvl players higher lvl donations.

Trophies: We're not really worried about trophies, if you need me to lower the trophy count for you to join we will. We have several farmers who would rather stay in the lower trophy ranges. We don't mind trophy hunters either and have had a lot of players push together just for fun.
