===War idea features challenge clans===

Basically the same thing as a regular war but you get to choose

The ability to challenge other clans to war by visiting the clan you want to challenge.
How? Tap the name of either leader or co leader , only they can accept the challenge.
Time it well take to start a war after one war is over or challenge the same clan again one day.

It may have it disadvantage.
How, the clan your challenging may have higher level stuff or your clan may have higher level stuff.(but the idea is more for fun then anything else)

And maybe add something that allows the leader or co leader to choose who goes to war(some people dont attack in wars)

Doubt this'll happen for the following scenario:

Clan A & Clan B

Clan A challenges Clan B, #1 player in Clan B exposes TH. Everyone in Clan A snipes the TH, nobody in Clan B attacks. After the war, same happens but with Clan A's #1 player exposing TH.

The loot's just too exploitable.

Although the point about opting in/out of wars has been requested for a while, it's a great idea that I'm hoping that gets implemented sometime soon.
