I'd upgrade the aq to level 10, then bk then again aq to 12-15 and so on.
I always upgrade queen 5 levels, bk 5 levels, repeat.
Queen is the better hero IMO. do her

Why so premature?
Upgrade your king to lvl10; and then your queen to lvl10

My advice, always do AQ first as she is more expensive and much better.
