So, the update came. Now here's the real question:

Honestly I think it's a red herring; they want us to think as if they brought out all the Clash YouTubers for Boom Beach. Whilst this may have been the idea to get a bit more exposure to the game I think not.

My opinion on this situation is they want the town hall 11 release to be a bit more secretive. When it's time for the Christmas update they will NOT fly out any YouTubers because the YouTubers have already seen the update. They will drop the Town Hall 11 sneak peak like a bomb, none of us will expect such a huge update without someone going to Helsinki.

Just my take on the situation.

My guess is there will be a BIG update coming that will be released just before christmas. It makes sense as more people will buy gems to speed up getting the new stuff. Sure , go ahead and call Supercell greedy but they're a buisness at the end of the day.

Why did supercell hype this update up so much? They sent tons of you tubers to Helsinki, and for what? Last time it was clan wars, which was a big update. This was quite a small one. Why did they decide to hype it up?

Partially for the boom beach update but i am also thinking that they are going ahead and releasing info to the youtubers on another upcoming update for coc (such as th11) which they already have in the works but has yet to be released but they said hey lets do it all at the same time and cover boom beach and coc in one swipe no flying out youtubers later for a separate coc update

I agree with many others, partially Boom, partially secret clash stuffs. TO all the maxed TH10s I can totally see why they might want new content, but I'm dreading the release of TH11

Seems like a reasonable idea to encourage all those kids to ask for iTunes gift cards for X-mas. A big update would be nice

The clan wars update was certainly a big update, but it wasn't about getting a lot of people to buy gems for new content. An X-mas update would be the perfect time to introduce a lot of new content.
