New clan looking for active farmers of all ages and nationalities

We are currently staying around 40 members and are looking to continue to grow and bring in more active and friendly members. Our higher level players will help lower levels develop their skills for war and give out tips on farming, pushing, etc.
We don't have a war schedule right now but will be waring often and want good attackers to help us out! We're also a primarily farming clan but as we progress will likely begin to do pushes separated by large periods of farming.
INFO/RULES:
-minimum trophies is 1000
-must be at least TH8 with level 5 archers
-donate/receive 100 every week to stay and 250 for elder
-donate what people request and nothing else
-when donating to war cc make sure troops are max for that TH
-we don't snipe for loot or barch for one star in wars
