I slightly rushed my base, like you did.

I have 5 builders. 1 always upgrading a hero, 3 upgrading defences and 1 free builder for walls.

Do you suggest that I use 2 builders for heroes until they're maxed, or is upgrading just 1 at a time fine?

Use as many builders as you have DE.

Would you rather play longer with low level heros or longer with high level heros? Waiting a week to upgrade say means playing a week now with current levels, while upgrading now means playing a week instead with +1 level after the upgrade.

The extreme version of this tradeoff at TH9 is, would you rather play with 15/15 heros slowly upgrading to 30/30 over the next 30 weeks (1 at a time, only 1 available) or go without for the next 15 weeks and then have both 30/30 heros available for the next 15?

Since I maxed my th 9 defenses now I'm doing walls and heroes, I'm having kinda hard time getting DE, currently using BAM and farming around 1900-2050 trhopies, is it still worth to BAM? I mean for the incresead cost of BARCH and now that some buildings have extra HP.

You will be able to raid 3 times with BAM in the same period that you raid 2 times with Barch. If the DE costs of the # of minion you use in 3 raids is less than DE earn in 1 raid, then the DE is paid for by the higher attack frequency. If not, you have a tradeoff (less DE for more gold/elixir)

If you're TH9 with max minions, and you use 30 per raid at 10 DE each, that means you need to clear 900 DE per raid for the minions to be covered by the higher attack frequency. ex 3 raids at 900 DE = 2700 DE vs 2 raids at 900 DE = 1800 DE, minions give 900 more DE, but cost 300 DE per raid (900 total) and it balances out.

Do the math for your particular minion usage level and DE earned and see if it's worth it. If you're in a high enough league, there's no reason not to use BAM as the league bonus alone from the extra wins pays for the minions.

Slowed down my progress on walls to focus on my heroes a bit more. Currently at 194/250 lavas and 25AQ/24BK. Probably going to get a few more levels on my AQ before moving to TH10 when walls finish. The grind never stops.
